A Christian, wife, mama of two, Registered Dietitian, and human being who has been there. I’ve believed the lies our culture tells us - that our bodies are things to be fixed. That they can’t be trusted and the only way we can feel good, healthy, or worthy is to obsess over our food and make ourselves smaller. And that’s exactly how life feels when we believe these lies - small and empty.

I’m here to help you discover the truth that your body was perfectly designed to gently guide you in nourishing yourself completely - body, mind, and soul. Together, we will discover what healing your relationship with food and your body means for you.

Through intuitive eating, joyful movement, and practicing self-compassion you can reconnect with your body. You can rewrite your definition of health. You can rebuild your life to be big and full so that you can live out your true purpose - which definitely does not include standing on scales or counting macros.

With love,

I offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition coaching through a non-diet, weight neutral, and faith-based perspective. I also offer nutrition counseling for any and all folks who do not identify as Christian.

I do not do weight loss counseling as focusing on weight loss through dieting and restriction is not sustainable and often leads to poor physical and mental health outcomes. Instead, we will create goals focused on health behaviors that align with your values and who you are as a person, not a number on the scale.
